Cycle Fix is a service-led bicycle workshop and retailer in Kennington. It gives Brightside a direct view of bookings, workshop capacity, customer communication, parts availability and the pace of front-of-house retail.
Cycle Parts Shop is a specialist online cycle-parts retailer serving customers across the UK. It combines product expertise with e-commerce, stock control, order fulfilment, delivery and custom-cut spokes.
Velo Pulse is the group’s retail operations platform. It is being built to connect sales, service, stock, purchasing, customer communication and online orders—starting with the realities of independent cycle retail.
Brightside is exploring a new tracking device with a deliberately ambitious goal: to become the world’s best at helping people keep track of what matters. This is an early-stage project; its product name, technical specification, supporting experience, availability and launch plan are still to be confirmed.
